饥饿胁迫对家蚕五龄幼虫血淋巴蛋白的影响分析

摘  要: 本研究以家蚕品种932的血淋巴为实验材料,通过一维电泳比较了五龄起蚕后经过48h饥饿胁迫时的血淋巴总蛋白的差异变化,发现分子量在116.21kDa、75.34kDa、66.22kDa、48.86kDa、45.73kDa、36.74kDa的这些类蛋白在对照组中的蛋白表达量在不同发育时期都很高,然而,饥饿组整体表达量非常低,尤其是分子量在116.21kDa的这类蛋白。推测这些类蛋白的表达可能是受到饥饿胁迫的抑制,也有可能是这些类蛋白是消耗了,用于机体抵抗饥饿胁迫。与此不同的是,分子量在38.54kDa、30.66kDa、29.45kDa、27.23kDa、24.92kDa、23.35kDa、22.12kDa的这些类蛋白由于受到了饥饿胁迫的诱导,在饥饿组中的蛋白表达量相对于对照组都有明显的差异变化,推测其可能参与饥饿调控。 In this study, 932 varieties of silkworm hemolymph as experimental materials, the expression changes of hemolymph total protein of five instar silkworm at different developmental stages under normal feeding was analyzed through one-dimensional electrophoresis.The expression of the protein in molecular weight 116.21, 75.34, 66.22, 48.86, 45.73, 36.74kDa in the control group at different developmental stages are high. However, the overall expres, sion levels of hunger group is very low, especially the protein in molecular weight 116.21kDa. It is speculated that the expression of these protein may be inhibited by starvation; or these protein may be consumed for the body to resist starvation. Unlike this,because of being induced by starvation, the prot 38.54,30.66,29.45,27.23,24.92,23.35,22.12 kDa have a significant expression changes which suggests that these protein are possibly involved the hunger regulation.
