摘 要: 利用动态热机械分析仪研究了丁基橡胶硫化胶老化过程中的阻尼性能,探讨了不同老化温度和老化时间对丁基橡胶阻尼因子及阻尼温域(阻尼因子不小于0.7)的影响规律。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,丁基橡胶硫化胶的交联密度先增大后减小,损耗因子峰值和阻尼温域都呈先降低而后增高的趋势;在老化时间相同的情况下,阻尼温域与老化温度呈正相关性,老化温度越高阻尼温域越宽。 The damping properties of butyl rubber vulcanizates during the aging process were studied by the dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer. The effects of different aging temperatures and aging times on damping factor and the range of damping temperature( damping factor was no less than 0.7 ) of IIR vulcanizates were discussed. The results showed that with the crosslinking density of increase of aging time, the butyl rubber vulcanizates in- creased first and then decreased, but both the peak value of loss factor and the range of damping temper- ature exhibited an opposite trend. Within the same aging time, the range of damping temperature and aging temperature were positively correlated, the higher the aging temperature, the wider the damping temperature range was.
