摘　　要： "身份过错"是洞悉少年司法相关制度的关键概念之一,全面而准确理解这一术语对于深化少年司法诸核心理念具有举足轻重的作用。在分析总结身份过错概念及特征、身份过错的沿革及发展、身份过错的类型、身份过错的非刑事化处分程序等内容的基础上,客观评析我国身份过错非刑事化处分存在的问题并提出相应的完善建议。 As one of the key concepts of juvenile justice,it is vital to have a comprehensive and accurate understanding on juvenile status offense.This paper analyses and summaries the nature,evolution and development,and types of juvenile status offense and the relevant non-criminal disposition procedures to handle.After analyzing the problems related to juvenile status offense in China,the paper then provides the corresponding recommendations for perfection.
