摘　　要： 刑法禁止令制度在两年多的司法实践中运行良好,但是如何准确地把握禁止令的适用条件、确定禁止内容,值得进一步研究。宣告禁止令应当具有必要性和关联性,禁止内容应当具有明确性、相当性和可行性,使得在充分发挥禁止令管束作用的同时不过分影响罪犯的正常生活。 The criminal injunction system has operated well in the judicial practices in the past two years.However,it’s worth further studying how to accurately grasp the applicable conditions of injunction and determine the content of injunction.It shall announce an injunction when it’s necessary and relevant,and the content of injunction shall be clear,equivalent and practicable,so that it could give full play to the role of injunction while not to excessively influencing the convict’s normal life.
