摘 要: 专业认同的高低对医学生的专业发展、职业发展、职业决策困难和心理健康维持等方面有着明显的影响,通过分析医学生专业认同的外部和内部影响因素,建议采取措施提高医学生入学前后对专业选择的自主性、完善学校专业条件建设、加强专业适应教育,并结合医学生的发展特点,切实提高医学生的专业认同,从而有利于医学生的成长成才。 Professional identity influences medical students' professional development, vocational development, career decision-making, and mental health. After analyzing the internal and external influencing factors, it is suggested to raise professional identity by offering medical students more chances to choose their specialities, improving conditions in universities and offering adaptation education for really improving medical students' professional identity.
