摘 要: 数控车床加工细长轴时 ,因工件刚性不够 ,容易产生振动 ,尺寸精度及粗糙度很难达到要求 ,本文根据该问题提出在数控车床转塔上加装跟刀架装置 ,以增强细长轴刚性 ,提高尺寸精度 ,降低粗糙度 .实践证明该方法能有效地增强细长轴刚性 ,提高零件加工质量 . Due to the vibration caused by the low stiffness occuring in machining a slender shaft with NC lathe, it is difficult to meet the requirements for dimension accuracy and surface roughness of the machined shaft. By mounting a tool rack device onto the turret of an NC lathe, however, the shaft stiffness is appreciably increased. As a result, the dimension accuracy is enhanced, and the surface roughness decreased. This method has proven effective in improving the machining quality of slender shaft-like parts.
