摘 要: 采用含浓度梯度草甘膦选择性培养基平板分离法,从华南地区农田土壤中分离筛选出高抗草甘膦真菌菌株,通过传统的表型特征和系统发育学ITS序列分析对菌株进行鉴定。结果显示所筛选出的3株菌株分别为淡紫拟青霉Paecilomyces lilacinus,多变根毛霉Rhizomucor variabilis和黄曲霉Aspergillus flavus,抗性实验结果表明,它们对草甘膦具有良好的耐受性,分别为200mmol/L、400 mmol/L和500 mmol/L,可作为进一步获得抗草甘膦基因的菌株材料。 Three fungus from field soil samples of south China was isolated and screened by gradient dilution glyphosate selected culture method. According to the classic phenotypic characteristics and ITS sequence homologous alignment, the three fungus were identified as Paecilomyces lilacinus, Rhizomucor variabilis and Aspergillus flavus. The results show that the fungus could tolerant 200mmol/L, 400mmoL/L and 500 mmol/L glyphosate concentration respectively, and could be used as potential materials to obtain glyphosate resistance genes during further study.
