摘 要: 基于课程论坛的交互是网络教育成功与否的关键因素,辅导教师答疑直接影响交互的质量。本研究以某高校网络教育学院开设的一门网络课程为依托,借助QSR Nvivo软件,采用质性研究方法,分析课程论坛中的辅导教师回帖,根据扎根理论对这些原始材料进行三级编码,形成辅导教师在回帖时常用的促进交互策略,包括情感支持、评价、创设交流气氛、观点阐述、引导、反馈六大策略,具体包括16个子策略,对应39个辅导教师促进交互的具体行为,目的是为今后辅导教师在答疑的过程中促进交互提供策略指导。 Course-forum-based interaction is the key to the success of network education,and its quality is largely determined by the teacher’s responses.With the help of QSR Nvivo,the present study used qualitative research method to analyze the contents of the teacher’s responses in a course forum of an Online Education College in a University.The raw materials were coded in three levels in the light of Grounded Theory,and results reveal six strategies often used by tutors when replying students questions online,which include emotional support,evaluation,creating communication atmosphere,elaborating views,guidance and feedback.To be specific,there are 16 sub-strategies corresponding to 39 tutors’ interaction-promoted behaviors.It is hoped that this study could give some insights to tutors in interacting with their students online.
