摘　　要： 新形势下进一步加强就业教研室建设,是学校教育和人才培养的任务所决定的。笔者认为,加强就业教研室建设是提升就业质量水平的重要基础、促进就业教学改革的重要阵地、增强就业理论研究的重要平台、提高就业教学师资水平的重要保证。因此,学校应该将教研室建设作为就业体系的基础性工作来抓,深化就业服务,提高就业质量。 Under the new situation, further strengthening the construction of teaching and research section of employment, it is the task of school education and talent cultivation. The author thinks, to strengthen the con struction of teaching and research section of employment is an important basis of enhance the level of employ ment quality, promote employment, the important position of teaching reform, strengthen employment theory to study the important platform, improve the employment the important guarantee of the teaching level of teachers. As a result, the school should be the groundwork for the construction of teaching and research section as the employment system to grasp, deepen the employment service, improve the quality of employment.
