摘　　要： 新建本科院校是高等教育的重要力量。图书馆及其建设在新建本科院校科学建设、内涵发展和保障人才培养质量方面具重大作用,但目前普遍重视不够。建设学习型图书馆,就是坚持图书馆事业的科学发展、可持续发展。在探讨学习型图书馆内涵的基础上,对新建本科院校建设学习型图书馆的意义进行了剖析,认为建设学习型图书馆是新建本科院校图书馆工作"升级"、"转型"的客观需要,有助于图书馆核心竞争力培养和长远发展。重点探讨了新建本科院校建设学习型图书馆的策略,认为新建本科院校图书馆要深入学习和领会学校的办学定位与培养目标,并使之内化为馆员队伍学习和行动的准则;要有一个明确而切实可行的图书馆发展目标,努力培育图书馆的专业和特色;科学规划馆员的职业生涯,培育不同层次和类型的学习型团队,建立起结构合理的咨询馆员、参考馆员与学科馆员队伍;着重在专业、特色方面探寻服务与创新的"抓手"和"突破口",把常规性工作与知识再生产甚至原创有机地结合起来。 Newly established university is an important force in China’ s high education.Library and its construction play important roles in scientific development,content building and guaranteeing the quality and characteristics of personnel training of newly established college.On the basis of brief introduction to the content of learning-oriented library,the significance of constructing study-styled library for newly established undergraduate universities was analyzed.The author believed that constructing s learning-oriented library is an actual need for newly established university,which will help the transition of knowledge-based management to long-term development and core competence training of library.Tactics of constructing learning-oriented library in newly established universities were focused on and several measures were proposed.
