摘　　要： 通过采集、分装、冻存18种贵州地方畜禽血样,初步建立了畜禽血液库;提取贵州省地方畜禽品种的基因组DNA构建了DNA库;通过信息化处理,搭建并整合了包括遗传特性、品种信息等在内的交互式访问数据信息库,旨在为贵州畜禽种质资源的保存、利用与创新提供保障,为科研教学单位提供基础资料,同时为推进贵州畜禽种质资源信息化发展奠定基础。 In this study, livestock and poultry blood reserve library was established preliminary through collecting, packaging and freezing 18 kinds of local livestock and poultry blood samples in Guizhou. DNA library was constructed by genomic DNA extraction of Guizhou local livestock breeds. Interactive data repository was built using information integration of genetic characteristics and varieties information. The purpose of this work was to guarantee for Guizhou livestock germplasm preservation, utilization and innovation, provide basic data for research and teaching units, and at the same time lay the foundation to promote the development of livestock and poultry germplasm resources in Guizhou.
