摘 要: 用扩增片段长度多态性 (AFLP ,amplifiedfragmentlengthpolymorphism)方法对荷木(Schimasuperba)在 3个不同群落中的遗传变异进行了研究 .AFLP分析结果表明其遗传多样性较高 .用AMOVA (analysisofmolecularvariance)分析表明 ,95 99%的遗传变化表现在种群内 ,4 0 1%的遗传分化表现在种群间 (P <0 0 0 1) .上述结果说明荷木在不同群落中有很小的遗传分化 。 Amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) was used to analyze \%Schima superba,\% one of middle succession species in lower subtropical broad\|leaved forest, across three communities representing three succession stages, in Dinghu Mountain, China AFLP results showed that\% S superba\% owed high genetic diversity Analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) indicated that most of the genetic variation was due to the differences within the population (95 99%), with significant genetic variation among population (4 01%) These results showed that there existed low genetic divergence among \%Schima superba\% which possessed high ecological adaptation.
