摘 要: 从中间体 2 -特丁基 -4 -氯 -5-肼基哒嗪酮 2 a出发 ,合成得到两类目标化合物 2 -特丁基 -4 -氯 -5-取代腙哒嗪酮3 a~ 3 j和 2 -特丁基 -5-吡唑基哒嗪酮 5a~ 5d,并对中间体 2 a及目标产物 5a~ 5d的合成进行了探讨 .初步生物活性测定表明少数化合物具有较好的植物生长调节活性和杀菌活性 . Two kinds of Pyridazinones including 5 hydrazino pyridazinones 3a~3j and 5 pyrazolepyridazinones 5a~5d were synthesized. The important intermediate 2 tert butyl 4 chlorol 5 hydrazion3(2H)pyridazinone was first obtained and the reaction conditions were discussed. Preliminary bioassay results indicated that some of these compounds possessed fungicidal and plant growth regulative activities.$$$$
