摘 要: 对芳纶纤维和浆粕进行SEM和AFM形貌观察,采用原子力显微镜(AFM)探针修饰技术,对芳纶纤维与浆粕间的粘附力进行探索性研究。芳纶浆粕薄膜修饰的探针与芳纶纤维和浆粕间的粘附力测试结果分别为1.71nN和9.26nN。借助Derjaguin Muller Toporov(DMT)理论和表面自由能,计算出理论作用力,证实了AFM法测定表面粘附力的结果。 Morphology analysis on aramid fiber/fibrids by SEM and AFM was used. q-he pull-off adhesion forces (Fadh) between fibrids film coated tip and aramid fiber, as well as the fibrids had been measured by AFM, whose probe tip was modified with a tiny piece of fibrids, The results showed that the adhesion forces between aramid fibrids and fibers, fibrids and fibrids were 9.26 nN and 1.71 nN respectivel)n The work of adhesion (WA) or the surface energy (y) was calculated from the adhesion force (F) by using the Derjaguin Muller Toporov (DMT) approximation equation. 2he results acquired by AFM were confirmed by DMT theory.
