摘 要: 综述了灭幼脲类杀虫剂在环境中的水解、微生物降解和光解机理 .指出 :灭幼脲类杀虫剂的水解、微生物降解和光解机理分别为碱催化的亲核取代反应、酶催化的水解反应及自由基反应 .灭幼脲类杀虫剂分子中都有一个 CONH CONH基团 ,其中三个 C-N键随分子结构中其它基团和外界影响因素的不同有很大的差异 ,从而决定了灭幼脲类杀虫剂降解产物的多样性 . The degradation mechanisms of Halidephenyl-halidebenzoyl Urea Insecticides, including DFB,PH6038 and CCU,a new kinds of insect growth regulators, have been presented in this paper. The mechanisms of hydrolysis, microbialdegradation and photodegradation are base catalyzed nucleophilic substitution reaction, enzyme catalyzed hydrolysis, free radical reaction respectively. There are three C-N bonds in the molecules of these insecticides, which show different activity with the different influential factors, so varieties of degradation products are found in different degradation situation.
