摘 要: 教授治学是当前大学内部管理体制改革的重要内容,是教授参与学术管理和大学事务管理的重要表现,既能促进大学管理决策的民主化和科学化,也能彰显大学特色。然而,教授治学存在一定的影响因素,包括政治因素、经济因素等,其中文化阻隔是重要因素。为此,我们需要形成教授治学的观念文化,构建教授治学的制度文化,形成教授治学的行为文化。 Professors’ Academic Governance,as an important part to internal management system of present universities,is a significant manifestation for the professors’ involvement,academic management and management of university affairs,for it can not only promote the democratization of university management decision,but also highlight the characteristics of the university.However,there are some influencing factors among Professors’ Academic Governance,such as political factors and economic factors,in which cultural barrier is an important influencing part to it.Therefore,we should form its values culture,construct its system culture,and its behavior culture.
