摘　　要： 社会主义意识形态领导权和主导权是既有联系又有区别的概念范畴,具有科学性、人民性、长期性等特征。全球化背景下由信息化、市场化、现代化主导的发展巨变给我国社会主义意识形态领导权和主导权带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。应对这些挑战,必须不断提高党在意识形态领域的执政能力,增强社会主义意识形态的吸引力和凝聚力。 The leadership and dominance of Socialist Ideology are two concepts which have both con- nection and difference. The concepts contain characteristics of scientificity, people＇s and long-ternx The dynamic changes caused by informationization, marketization and modernization under the background of globalization has brought about unprecedented challenges and opportunities for the leadership and domi- nance of socialist ideology. To meet these challenges, CPC must upgrade the ruling ability in the ideolog- ical field and enhance the attraction and cohesion of socialist ideology.
