摘 要: 人力资源管理是一门综合管理学、经济学、心理学、社会学、法学、人才学等多个领域的现代新兴管理学科,要求加强学生实际操作能力和解决实际问题能力的培养。结合学科和学生的特点,可以运用任务驱动理论在人力资源管理课程中进行教学改革。 Human resources management is a new branch of modern management discipline which has integrated itself with some other disciplines such as management, economics, psychology, sociology, law and science of personnel, etc. It highlights the training of students' practical operating ability and problem-solving ability. Combined with the characteristics of the discipline and the students, human resources management teaching reform can be performed under the guidance of task-driven theory.
