摘　　要： 中国和印度在全球医药外包领域的地位迅速上升。就企业、行业、国家以及社会四个层面影响研发外包承接力的分析来看,中印两国在承接能力方面各有优势,但在行业标准、从业人员的英语水平及交流工作技能、知识产权保护与信息安全、鼓励性政策等方面仍与印度有一定的差距。中国需要采取针对性措施提升其在医药研发外包中的承接力。 China and India have risen rapidly in the global pharmaceutical outsourcing arena. From the perspective of en- terprises, industries, countries, and social perspective, China and India each possess their own unique features and character-istics. However, there are also significant differences between these two countries pertaining to the industry standard, the Eng- lish language proficiency of employees and the skills of communication, intellectual property protection and information security and incentive policies. China needs to take specific measures to enhance the service capabilities in the pharmaceutical CRO.
