摘 要: 针对工程实际中经常遇到的伸缩和旋转复合运动,提出了全新的内部导向式液压系统和旋转伸缩一体式液压缸的设计方法,均能大幅节省空间,且旋转伸缩一体式液压缸可以实现较复杂的伸缩与旋转复合运动,即两个物体一起做旋转运动的同时其中一个物体相对另一个物体做伸缩运动,该设计方法使机构结构简单,性能优良,有较好的推广价值。 Several hydraulic systems are available to meet practical problems of reciprocating and rotating movement that frequent recurrence in engineering fields.A new way of hydraulic system with interior guiding device and a new integrity hydraulic cylinder that implementation of reciprocating and rotating movement have introduced respectively in this paper.Both of them can greatly save space.The reciprocating and rotating movement integrity hydraulic cylinder can also execute complex reciprocating and rotating movement,that is to say,two objects together to rotate at the same time one object relative to another object to do reciprocating movement.This design approach allows organizations a simple structure,excellent performance,better promotional ralue.
