摘 要: 采用有限元模拟技术开展杯突胀形试验,研究了不同润滑条件对超薄不锈钢的胀形性能的影响,结果发现润滑对胀形时塑性变形区的范围、材料失稳破裂的位置有显著的影响,板料的胀形性能并不是一直随着润滑条件的改善而增加的,也不是随着润滑条件的下降而下降的,在胀形工艺中采用合理的润滑条件才能有效地提高不锈钢超薄板的胀形性能。通过对模拟试验结果的拟合分析发现,在μ=0.125时不锈钢薄板的胀形性能达到最好。 It used the finite element simulation for cupping test,studied how different lubricating condition affected on bulging ability of the thin stainless steel.It was found that the lubrication had significant effect on the bulging range of plastic deformation zone and material failure rupture position,and the bulging ability of the sheet metal did not increase as the lubrication condition was improved or dropped.It could effectively improve the formability of stainless steel sheet by using proper lubrication.Stainless steel sheet bulging had the best performance when μ=0.125 by fitting analysis of the simulation results.
