摘 要: 采用文献资料法、数理统计法等,对传统教学、网络互动教学、传统教学与网络互动教学相结合3种教学方式进行教学实验,发现传统教学与网络互动教学相结合的教学方式更能够提高该课程的学习效果和教学质量,为系统创建保健养生课程及在其他学校以及社会推广打下坚实的基础。 Using literature review and mathematical statistics methods of teaching experiments comparing the three teaching manners, traditional teaching, internet interactive teaching and the integration of the above mentioned, it shows that the inte- gration of traditional teaching and internet interactive teaching can improve the learning effect and teaching quality of health care teaching, which makes a solid base for featuring the health care teaching and popularizing this course in other high schools and other communities.
