摘 要: 韩国体育教师职前教育体制具有如下特点:注重形成性评价的韩国体育高考,类型多样的体育教师职前培育机构,顺时应势的体育教师教育课程设置,科学规范的中学体育教师考聘制度,定期开展的体育教师教育机构评估。韩国体育教师职前教育对中国的体育教师教育具有如下启示:切实改革高考制度,建立多元化评价体系;优化体育课程,提高体育教师教育质量;延长教育实习时间,培养服务社会意识;规范教师考聘制度,择优遴选体育师资;加强教育机构评估,调控教师教育方向。 The characteristics of the education system for Korea' s pre - service Physical Education teacher (PET) are as fol- lows : the National Academic Competency Test (NACT) in Korea just like the Physical Education college entrance examination (PECEE) in China having focused on the formative assessments, the diversified training institutions for the pre - service Phys- ical Education teachers (PPET), the National Curriculum Physical Education (NCPE) having advanced with the times, the scientific and standardized employment - examination system for the PPET of the public schools and the regular assessment sys- tem for the institutions of PETE. And the review and analysis of the PPET education in Korea brings to us are that : reforming the NACT effectively to establish the pluralistic evaluation system of NACT, optimizing the Physical Education curriculum ( PEC ) to improve the education quality of the PE teacher education ( PETE ), extending the time of the Field Experience - re- lated classes to develop the awareness of serving the society, standardizing the employment - examination system for the PPET to select the top preparatory PE teachers and strengthening the assessment for the PETE institutions to control the direction of PETE.
