摘 要: 混合机是饲料加工工业的主要设备之一,其性能直接影响混合机的生产率、混合功耗和混合质量,混合均匀度是饲料加工质量的重要评价指标之一。为此,以转子转速、混合时间和充满系数为试验因素,对小型卧式混合机混合均匀度进行了试验研究,得出了转子转速、充满系数与混合时间对混合均匀度的影响程度,并获得了小型卧式混合机各参数之间的较佳匹配关系为:转子转速40r/min,混合时间4.5min,充满系数0.55。 Blending machine is one of main equipment of forage process industry.The blending performance affects productivity,power consumption and blending quality of blending machine.Blending evenness is one of primary evaluating indicator of forage processing quality.Experimental study of blending evenness of minature horizontal blending machine based on rotor rotational speed,blending time and block coefficient is carried out.By going through experimental study,the affecting law of the variation of each factors to the blending evenness and the better match relationship of each factors are acquire.
