摘 要: 分析食品营养学公选课的教学现状,阐述食品营养学公选课教学中存在的主要问题,根据从建构主义学习理论设计教学环节,尝试改变传统的"以教师为中心"的教学模式,探索公选课新的教学模式,积极调动学生学习自主性,从而提高教学质量。 This paper analyzes the present situation and main problems in the teaching of optional course of food nutriology, teaching procedure is designed according to the constructivism theory. Trying to change the traditional teacher-centered model and explore a new teaching model for optional course of food nutriology, to promote the students' learning autonomy and improve the teaching quality.
