摘 要: 新生代农民工工作嵌入包括6个维度,分别是:组织匹配、组织关系网络、组织损失、社区关系网络、社区生活环境、社区损失。二阶因素分析表明工作嵌入由组织嵌入和社区嵌入两个层面构成。经过检验,量表具有良好的信度和效度。进一步研究表明,组织嵌入和社区嵌入均对回乡工作意愿具有显著的负向影响。社区嵌入在组织嵌入和回乡工作意愿之间具有显著的正向调节作用。 Based on the empirical research, job embeddedness of the new generation migrant rural worker includes six factors: fit for organization, interpersonal relationship in organization, organization sacrifice, interpersonal relationship in community, living condition in community, community sacrifice. Second-order factor analysis shows that job embeddedness includes organization embeddedness and community embeddedness. Further research found that both organization embeddedness and community embeddedness have significant negative impact on the intention to leave jobs and return home. Community embeddedness plays a significant moderating role between organization embeddedness and intention to leave jobs and return home.
