摘　　要： 城市的出现,是人类社会走向成熟和文明的标志,也是人类群居生活的高级形式。然而,近年来随着城市化步伐的逐渐加快,人口数量日益增长,＂空气污染＂、＂噪音扰民＂、＂绿地减少＂、＂交通不便＂、＂房价高涨＂等成了人们口中谈论的主要话题。城市功能紊乱、环境恶化、土地资源短缺等因素制约了城市的科学化发展。因此合理利用空间资源成了今后城市可持续发展的重要研究课题[1]。本文概述了城市地下空间开发应用于当今社会中的必要性以及其发展前景[2]。 The city is the product of development of human society .It is not only the sign of civilization, but also the senior forms of group living. However, in recent years, as the development of city and the growing of population, ＂air pollution＂, ＂noise nuisance＂, ＂green space reducing＂, ＂traffic inconvenience＂ and ＂high property prices＂ became the topic which are people talking about. Many factors restrict the development of city just like ＂geomaterials reducing＂, ＂environmental pollution＂ and ＂dysfunction of city＂. So using urban underground space reasonable is becoming an important research subject. This paper summarizes the necessity and the developing prospects of using urban underground space.
