粉煤灰基新型硅酸钙与碳酸钙和滑石粉在纸张加填中的应用效果对比
Comparison of the Filling Effect of a Novel Fly Ash Based Calcium Silicate with Calcium Carbonate and Talc Powder

摘  要: 通过实验比较分析了用于造纸湿部加填的粉煤灰基新型硅酸钙与重质碳酸钙和滑石粉的部分性能,并研究了这三种填料对纸张成纸质量的影响。实验结果表明:新型硅酸钙填料为多孔蜂窝状,中位径为11.79μm,粒子均匀性较好,粒径分布最窄;重质碳酸钙呈不规则立方体状结构,中位径为9.39μm,均匀性较差,颗粒大小相差明显;滑石粉为片状结构,中位径为16.66μm,均匀性较好。纸张加填对比后发现:在填料加入量均为50%时,硅酸钙加填纸的抗张指数比GCC高21.52%,比滑石粉加填纸低9.01%;撕裂指数比GCC加填纸高49.38%,比滑石粉加填纸低37.36%;松厚度比GCC加填纸高85.88%,比滑石粉加填纸高95.06%;白度比GCC加填纸低4.0%ISO,比滑石粉加填纸低1.5%ISO;不透明度与GCC加填纸相当,比滑石粉加填纸高11.0%;灰分值比GCC加填纸低6.21%,比滑石粉加填纸低8.28%。 In this paper, the property and application effect of a novel fly ash based calcium silicate paper filler were investigated. The results were compared with calcium carbonate and talc powder. It was found that: the novel calcium silicate particles revealed a highly porous surface structure, the medium diameter was 11.79p.m and had u- niform particle size distribution; GCC revealed a irregular cubic structure, the medium diameter was 9.39p.m and the particle size distribution was uneven; talc powder revealed a uniform laminated structure, the medium diameter was 16.66p.m. In laboratory trials, the filler was added to pulp furnish at50% addition. Results showed that the resultant paper sheets loaded with novel calcium silicate had 21.52% higher tensile index than that with GCC, 9.01% lower than that with talc and 49.38% higher tear index than that with GCC, 37.36% lower than that with tal. The paper bulk was markedly increased with the addition of novel calcium silicate and 85.88% higher than that with GCC, 95.06% higher than that with talc. The brightness of adding calcium silicate sheets was 4.0% ISO lower than that with GCC and 1.5% ISO lower than that with talc. The opacity was almost the same as adding GCC. The ash content of sheets filled with calcium silicate was 6.21% lower than GCC and 8.28% lower than that with talc.
