摘　　要： 建立商业地产系统动力学模型,用该模型预测深圳地区商业地产发展趋势;通过调整各个输入指标的初始值模拟政策调控,模拟出不同调控政策对商业地产未来发展趋势的影响程度。通过政策调控模拟实验,为深圳制订商业地产调控政策提供一些决策建议。 Establishes a system dynamics model of the commercial real estate of Shenzhen area and forecasts the trends by it.By changing the initial value of each input indicator,this paper simulates policy control to figure out the impact of different control policies on the developing trends of Shenzhen commercial real estate.With the policy control simulation experiments,this paper hopes to provide some proposals for the Shenzhen government to develop commercial real estate control policies.
