摘　　要： 以评价理论的介入子系统为理论基础构建"律师代理词隐性说服分析模型",分别从"对话扩展"和"对话紧缩"两方面探析律师代理词中的隐性说服方式及其语言实现手段,结果发现:"对话扩展"的使用体现了律师协商的态度,以避免与其他观点的正面冲突,增强了代理词的说服力;而律师通过"对话紧缩"增强话语客观性,紧缩了其他观点"辩驳"的空间。 Based on the engagement system of Evaluation Theory, ＂The Model of Covert Persuasion in Lawyer＇s Statement of Defense＂ is constructed. We analyze in this paper how the covert persuasion is realized in terms of linguistic strategies from the subcategories of ＂Dialogical Expansion＂ and ＂Dialogical Contraction＂. Results show that the use of ＂Dialogical Expansion＂ conveys lawyer＇s compromise and negotiation with other opinions at the court. The use of ＂Dialogical Contraction＂ enhances the objectivity of lawyer＇s opinions and restricts other opinions at the court. Both of the two indirect strategies are effective to elevate the Persuasion in Lawyer＇s Statement of Defense. It is of great significance to apply the functional discourse analysis methods to the legal discourse.
