大型管件过弯矫直过程解析

摘  要: 管件的过弯矫直过程实质是小曲率曲梁的三点弯曲弹塑性变形过程。由过弯矫直等价原理可知研究曲管的矫直可以从研究直管的纯弯曲入手。本文对直管对称三点弯曲及弹复过程进行理论分析,将弯曲过程分为全弹性和弹塑性两个变形阶段,在弹塑性变形阶段将弯曲管件分为弹性变形区和弹塑性变形区。基于小变形假设,分别建立了两个变形阶段的计算模型,得到了对应任一上模压下量管件轴线上任一质点卸载前后的挠度数学表达式。通过物理模拟实验,验证了理论解析的正确性。理论分析和实验结果均表明,弹复后的最大挠度和压下量的关系非常接近线性,为建立过弯矫直过程智能化控制系统的弹复规律识别模型提供了便捷途径。 In fact,the over-bend straightening process for pipes straightening is three-point bending elastic-plastic deformation for small curvature curved beam.The problem of straightening curved pipes can be solved by studying the process of pure bending for straight pipes based on the pure bending equivalent principle for over-bend straightening.The bending process can be divided into the full-elastic deformation stage and the elastic-plastic deformation stage based on theoretical analysis of the process of symmetric three-point bending and springback for the straight pipes.The deformation zone of pipes in the latter stage can be divided into the elastic deformation zone and the elastic-plastic deformation zone.Based on the assumption of the tiny deforming theory,the computation models with these two stages are constructed.The equations for the rotation angle and bending deflection of each point in the neutral layer are derived for any given punch displacement.The theoretical analysis is verified by the experimental results.Both the theoretical and the experimental results show the linear relation between the punch displacement and the residual deflection of pipes,thus a convenient approach is provided to build the recognition model of springback law in the intelligent control system for over-bending straightening process.
