摘 要: 从土壤中筛选的经抑菌实验证明对镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.nelumbicola)有拮抗作用的细菌3-b,测定其在不同培养基、培养温度和pH条件得到发酵液对镰刀菌的抑菌效果。结果表明:在32℃pH 7的条件下用PDB培养液培养得到的发酵液抑菌效果最好,抑菌直径为18 mm。该培养条件的获得为进一步开发防治白莲腐败病的生防菌剂提供理论依据。 3-b strain of bacteria was isolated after confrontation culture of bacteria and pathogens from the field soil infected by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.nelumbicola.Antagonistic activity of strain 3-b was evaluated under different culture conditions.The result showed that the strain could produce more antifungal substances under the optimum condition(culturing in PDB medium for 48 hours under 32℃ and pH 7.0).Bacillus subtilis 3-b is a bio-agent with good effect of controlling rhizome rot of lotus.All results indicated that the best control effect on rhizome rot of lotus was made by directly using microorganism agents.These studies implied that there might be a promise to control the disease effectively with bio-agents.
