摘 要: 采用TEM对芳纶纤维的横截面进行观察分析,得到了几种纤维的皮-芯结构,F3-纤中的微细纤维很细小且排列很密实。F1-纤和F2-纤的皮层厚度在0.1~0.6nm,在长度方向上保持结构的一致性。对几种不同的芳纶复合纸的界面进行了观察,发现F3-浆粕基体部分的微纤维像指纹一样,呈现出一种条纹和旋涡状结构,F1-浆和F2-浆粘合区域的指纹特征不突出,基体与纤维间的界面倒是有明显的界限。 Cross section of aramid fiber were observed by TEM,leather-core structure of fiber was found,micro fiber in the F3-fiber is very small and very dense,Cortical thickness of fiber F1 and fiber F2 is 0.1-0.6nm,they Keep the consistency of the structure on the length direction.Interface of several different aramid composite paper was observed,micro fiber of pulp F3 was like fingerprints,presenteda stripe and spiral structure Fingerprint feature of bonding area of pulp F1 and pulp F2 was not outstanding.But there was a clear boundaries between the matrix and fiber.
