摘 要: 随着高等教育的普及,大学生就业形势日渐严峻,就业指导课在大学生职业发展中占据了不可小觑的作用,但担任大学生就业指导课教学的教师基本都有一个共同的感受,即传统的就业指导课讲起来容易,却存在着一定的弊端:重理论、轻实践,不符合大学生所要求的个性化发展倾向。因此,要以学生关注的问题为中心,深挖问题根源,结合教学内容,以"各因其材之高下与其所失而告之"为教学教育原则,实现大学生就业指导课因材施教的责任和义务。 With the popularization of higher education,university students' employment situation is increasingly grim,so employment guidance course plays an important role on college students' career development.But as teachers of this course,they all have a common feeling that traditional employment guidance lecture is easy,but there are drawbacks which do not fit on students' personalized development.So it is better to consider students concern as the center,find the basic questions and combine with the teaching content in order to realize its teaching responsibilities and obligations
