糖厂滤泥薄层干燥特性实验研究

摘  要: 采用薄层干燥方式研究糖厂滤泥的热风干燥特性。在标准隧道式热风干燥实验装置上通过改变热风温度、流速以及滤泥滤饼的厚度进行实验,测定滤泥的失水变化,获得干燥曲线。结果表明,滤泥滤饼厚度、热风温度和热风流速均对干燥速率有重要影响。其中滤饼厚度对干燥速率影响最大;高温高速有利于提高干燥速率,但是会降低恒速干燥的临界含水分,风速对临界含水分影响不大。最适热风温度和风速分别为90℃和8m/s。滤泥在热风温度为90℃、流速为8m/s,滤饼厚度为4mm进行干燥时,其临界含水量约为干基含水量0.33。 Experimental investigation of the drying characteristic of the fiher mud of raw sugar mills was carried out based on the thin layer drying mode. Experiments were performed in the standard hot air drying tunne by changing the air temperature,flow rate and filter mud cake thickness to determine changes in filter mud dehydration,drying curve were thus obtained. The results show that the fiher mud cake thickness,air temperature and flow rate all showed significant impact on the drying rate. Cake thickness was among the greatest impact,The air temperature,while increaed the drying rate ;reduced the critical moisture content at the constant drying rate phase,wind speed had little effect on the critical moisture content. Optimum air temperature and flow rate were 90℃ and 8 m/s respectively. A dry basis critical moisture content of 0.33.was obtained drying a 4 mm thickness filter mud cake with air temperature of 90 ℃ and flow rate of 8 m/s.
