摘　　要： 微生物学是一门重要的基础课程,本文概述了在教学中存在的主要问题,并从以下几个方面入手探索了提高教学效果的方法:建立良好师生关系;利用多媒体教学、对比式教学和案例式教学优化教学内容,提高学生学习兴趣;改革考核模式,强化过程考核,提高学生学习自主性。 Microbiology was an important basic course and the main problems in teaching were summarized. The methods of improving teaching effectiveness were discussed from the following aspects of establishing a good relationship between teachers and students, adopting multimedia teaching and comparative pedagogy, using cases to optimize teaching content to improve students＇ learning interests, and strengthening process assessment to improve students＂ learning autonomy.
