摘　　要： 半个多世纪以来,岭南建筑师坚持不懈地在现代建筑创作中探寻岭南地域特色,形成了享誉海内外的岭南建筑学派。三代岭南建筑学派的代表人物夏昌世、莫伯治、何镜堂从建筑技术、建筑艺术和建筑意境三个方面对岭南地域特色的探索,发生了由表及里至核的转变与升华,而建筑师们自身的建筑教育背景及所处的社会环境是影响这种转变与升华的关键因素。 Over the past 60 - odd years, the famous Contemporary Lingnan Architecture School has come into being through Lingnan Architects generations＇ adhering to probe the regional culture and characteristics within the modern architecture creation unremittingly, which have moulded the new characters of Lingnan architecture. Xia Changshi, Mo Bozhi, He Jingtang are the outstangding representatives of the three generations whose probe of regional architecture creation has been transforming and sublimating from architecture technology, architecture art, and architecture mood. This convertion is coterminous with these architects＇ education background and the social environment.
