摘　　要： 针对线路检修临时接地线的安全拆卸问题,提出了一种全新的"预防带地线合闸"的检测方法,并充分利用现代电力电子、数字信号处理等技术,研制了相应的便携式接地线状态检测仪。介绍了所研制检测仪的使用方法和硬件设计思路,并通过现场试验验证了其可行性。该仪器具有操作简单、成本低、可靠性高、易推广等优点,可有效防止人为因素导致的输电线带地线合闸恶性事故的发生。 A new detection method is proposed to prevent transmission lines closing with ground wire in this paper in order to increase the electrical workers’safety in the line maintenance process and the safety of power system.This proposed method,together with a variety of techniques like modern power electronics and digital signal processing technology,is applied to develop a corresponding portable ground wire state detector to detect the power earth lines＇ status.The hardware design and operation method of the developed detector are described,and the results of field test are also presented to demonstrate its feasibility.It is shown that the advantages of the instrument are easy-to-use,easy-to-promote low cost and high reliability,and it can effectively prevent human-induced accident which is caused by transmission lines closing with ground wire.
