植物精油作为潜在饲料防霉剂的研究

摘  要: 本试验研究了由肉桂醛和香芹酚等组成的复合植物精油对青霉、黑曲霉和根霉的抑菌作用,并以添加不同水平植物精油(0、100、200、300 mg/kg)的饲料发生霉变时间来评估精油在饲料防霉方面的功效。结果表明,植物精油可有效抑制青霉和黑曲霉的生长,其抑菌圈直径达3.2 cm,但对根霉的抑菌效果不明显;饲料中添加不同水平的植物精油,其保存时间未明显延长,但饲料霉变时,霉菌数相对较少,霉变面积较小。 Aspergillus Rhizopus and Penicillium are common molds in feed,which would make the feed becoming moldy,then nutrients and sensory quality of the feed were decreased. In this paper,the antibacterial effect of complex essential oils that containing cinnamaldehyde,carvacrol and others to against AspergiUus Rhizopus ,Penicillium and Niger by the index of inhibition zone size were studied.The moldy time of the feed by addding different levels of essential oils were abserved.The results showed that pltant essential oils could inhibit the growth of Aspergillus Penicillium and Niger, and the diameter of inhibition zone was up to 3.2 cm,there was no significant antibacterial effect against Rhizopus and no obvious extension of the feed shelf life, but the quantity of mold decreased and the moldy area of test groups was much smaller when comparaed with the control group.
