摘 要: 介绍了快速成型技术的发展现状及其在船舶发动机制造中的应用,以SLS技术为例,系统的阐述了应用快速成型技术制造船舶发动机零件的全过程,说明了该技术适合单件和小批量试制和生产的特点,可迅速响应市场和提供小批量产品进行检测和试验,有助于保证产品开发速度,提高产品的开发质量,降低开发成本,提高产品更新换代的频次。 Introduces the development status of rapid prototyping technology and its application in ship engine manufacturing, taking SIS as an example, the system describes the application of rapid prototyping manufacturing technology of ship engine parts of the whole process, illustrates the characteristics of the technology is suitable for single and small batch production and production, can quickly response to the market and provide small batch products detection and testing, help to ensure that the product development, improve the development quality of products, reduce development costs, improve product update frequency.
