摘 要: 由于办学体制和管理制度不同,本是互相关联的地方高师院校与地方中小学封闭割裂。地方高师院校与中小学合作是教师发展学校的重要内容,是当前教师教育改革的重要主题,是落实教育强县的有效方法,是促进教师专业发展的重要策略。地方高师院校与中小学共同发展,教师、学生、学校共同发展是教师发展学校的出发点,也是教育强县的目的。 Due to the difference of school-running system and management system, local normal colleges operate separately from primary and secondary schools, instead of interconnecting with each other. The cooperation of local normal colleges and primary and secondary schools should act a major part in the teacher development schools, which is a topical subject of current teacher education reform, an effective method to build an educational county, and an important strategy to promote teachers' expertise. It is a starting point as well as the final target for the teacher development schools to have their teachers, the students, and the schools themselves develop together, achieving "better education, better county".
