超甜玉米淀粉含量的遗传特性与配合力分析

摘  要: 以8个超甜玉米自交系为亲本,按照GriffingⅣ配制28个杂交组合,对淀粉含量的遗传特性和配合力效应进行了分析.结果表明,甜玉米淀粉含量性状主要受加性基因控制,同时也受非加性基因影响;参试亲本及组合的一般配合力、特殊配合力效应及其变异幅度均存在较大差异;淀粉含量一般配合力效应依次为T14>T1>T3>T4>T7>T33>T5>T8;集一般配合力和特殊配合力之合的总配合力效应,更能较好地反映各个杂交组合的杂种优势,T1×T3、T5×T33、T5×T7和T4×T3是淀粉含量低,适口性较好的组合;T8、T5的遗传稳定性好,能将低含量淀粉的性状稳定地传给大多数组合,宜作为理想亲本在育种实践中重点利用. Eight inbreds and their combined 28 hybrids were designed based on the method of Griffing IV. The combining ability effects and heterosis of starch trait were studied in super-sweet corn. The re- suits indicated that the starch content were mainly controlled by additive genes, and also affected by non- additive genes; the difference of general combining ability effect among parents and special combining a- bility effect among combinations and its variation range was significant; the order of starch content Gener- al Combining Ability (GCA) value was : T14 〉T1 〉T3 〉T4 〉T7 〉T33 〉T5 〉T8; the effect of total combining ability involving general combining ability and special combining ability could be more effec- tive to value the heterosis of different combinations. T1 × T3, T5 × T33, T5 × T7 and T4 × T3 had low starch content and preferable palatability. T8, T5 had a stable genetic characteristics, low starch of traits could be passed to the most combinations stably, these two lines can be used as an excellent resource in breeding.
