摘 要: 总结了镍锌铁氧体的制备方法包括传统的固相法、水热合成法、溶胶凝胶法、化学共沉淀法、自蔓延燃烧法、喷雾法以及微乳液法等方法,并介绍了不同方法制备的镍锌铁氧体的晶体结构和性能。其中,化学共沉淀法、溶胶凝胶法及自蔓延燃烧法制备方法应用较为普遍,而喷雾法和水热合成法在制备纳米级镍锌铁氧体晶体及相关功能化材料中有着重要的应用。 The nickel-zinc ferrite preparation methods have been summed up, mainly including the traditional solid method, the hydrothermal synthesis method, the sol-gel method, the chemical co-precipitation method, the self-propagating combustion method, the spraying method and the microemulsinn method and so on. At the same time, the crystal structures and the performance of the nickel-zinc ferrite prepared by the different methods are introduced. Among them, the chemical co-precipitation method, the sol-gel method and the self-propagating combustion method have been widely used. The spraying method and the hydrothermal method have the important applications in the preparation of nanometer nickel-zinc ferrite crystal and related functional materials.
