摘 要: 为了适应食品科学与工程技术的发展和高等教育改革的需要,研究了一整套适合社会发展的食品科学与工程专业的多维递进式实践教学模式。将人文理念应用到实践教学,强化实验教学方法,改革见习实践教学,强化实习实践教学,从而提高学生的实践动手能力,缩短毕业生的工作适应期,增强社会竞争能力。 In order to adapt to the development of food science and engineering and the needs of the reform of higher education, the research studied a set of progressive and multidimensional practice teaching mode in food science and engineering which is suitable for social development. It applied liberal idea to the practice teaching, strengthen teaching methods of the experiment, reformed practice teaching practice, strengthen practice teaching, so as to improve the students' practical ability, shorten the graduates' work adjustment time, and strengthen social competed ability.
