摘 要: 利用三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)反应,并接枝聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)制备了水性多异氰酸酯固化剂.采用红外光谱仪(FT-IR)监控该固化剂合成过程,同时考察了固化剂用量(0~8wt%)与U54复配后胶黏剂的初粘性、剥离强度、耐热耐老化性、剪切强度和耐蠕变性等.结果表明等,随着固化剂用量的增加,相同处理温度下聚氨酯胶的固化速度提高,胶膜的吸水率、吸乙醇率降低,粘接试样的剥离强度逐渐增大至6.7N/mm.总之,该固化剂可以显著改变水性聚氨酯的结构与性能. The water-based curing agent has been prepared by reaction of isophorone isocya- nate(IPDI) and trimethylol propane (TMP) and then grafted with methoxy PEG(MPEG). The synthesis process of curing agent were monitored by FT-IR, and initial tack, peel strength, heat aging resistance, shear strength, creep resistance of all samples with different curing agent contents(0-8 wt%) were measured. The results showed that the curing agent dispersed well as an incorporated state in the U54. The curing time of samples were decreased with increasing curing agent content at the same treating temperature. The water and ethanol swelling decreased with increasing curing agent content, the peel strength was significantly increased up to 6.7 N/mm.
