摘　　要： 本文对幸福感的客观影响因素相关研究进行回顾和总结,在分析世界民众主观幸福感概况的基础上,分析中国民众主观幸福感的情况及其在世界的位置,并进行解释。总体上,调查范围内的世界各国民众处于比较幸福的状态,且多数国家民众主观幸福感在上升,幸福感分布具有一定区域差异并与经济水平等存在一定的关系。中国民众主观幸福感处于世界中等偏上水平,衡量的影响因素中人均收入和政府治理水平处于低水平,就业率在世界中处于比较高的水平。1990年到2007年的调查中中国民众幸福感有所下降,本文以相对剥夺理论解释中国人均收入在低生活水平条件下显著增长但是幸福感却下降的现象,此外,失业率增高,政府治理水平放慢也影响中国民众幸福感的提升。未来中国应提升民众收入的同时注重社会公平、促进就业和提升政府治理质量来促进民众的幸福感的提升。 This paper reviewed and summarized the studies about objective influencing factors on the subjective well-being. Then it analyzed the subjective well-being of Chi-nese people and its position in the world. Generally, the populace in the world within the scope of the investigation is in a happy state, and in most countries the subjective well-being is on the rise. Distribution of subjective well-being is quite uneven and there is a discernable positive correlation between the economic level and the subjective well-being. Subjective well-being of Chinese people is in the mid to upper level in the world. The reason of this position is mainly as follows： China＇s per capita income and the level of national governance is at a low level, but the unemployment rate is relative- ly low in the world. Chinese subjective well-being declined slightly in the survey from 1990 to 2007, which may be related to the rise of unemployment rate and decline in the level of governance while China＇s per capita income increased significantly. This pa- per attempted to explain this phenomenon from the theory of relative deprivation. China should increase social equity, promote employment, improve the quality of national gover-nance, as well as taking measures to increase national income, to promote the subjective well-being of the people.
