摘 要: 供应链环境下的产品质量风险具有逐级传递并向下扩大的趋势效应,当供应链上某节点企业发生质量波动时,质量风险的直接表现形式为下游顾客需求满意度发生偏差。分析与预测因质量风险所导致的顾客满意度偏差在供应链中的传递及影响后果,成为供应链质量风险管理研究的主要内容之一。基于此,分析了供应链质量风险形成机理,建立了基于质量功能展开的质量供需链模型,提出了供应链质量风险传递的定量分析模型。 The product quality risk have progressively transfer and downward expanding effect in supply chain environment. When a upstream enterprise in supply chain have quality fluctuations, the quality risk is presented as the deviations of downstream customer satisfaction directly. How to analyze and predict the transfer model and consequences of the custom- er satisfaction deviations induced by quality risk become the main content of the risk management of quality risk in the sup- ply chain. The formation mechanism of supply chain quality risk is investigated in this paper. The model of quality of the supply chain based on quality function is established, and the quantitative analysis model of the supply chain quality risk transfer process is proposed.
