摘　　要： 海洋经济是泛珠三角区域经济合作中的重要组成部分。在国家新一轮的区域经济布局中,海洋经济占有重要地位,特别是在南海开发的大背景下,整合泛珠三角区域内沿海省区与内陆省份之间的资源与环境优势,使海洋经济成为泛珠三角区域经济合作发展的重要增长极,已然成为目前泛珠三角经济发展亟需解决的重大课题。以国家南海海洋战略为导向,以开发和利用南海资源、发展面向环南海的经济为内容,优化区域海洋经济的空间布局、提升海洋产业结构的水平、建立健全海洋经济合作的运行机制以及改革完善海洋环境的治理体制与方式是实现泛珠三角区域海洋经济合作的重要路径。 Marine economy is an important part in the Pan-Pearl River Delta regional economic cooperation. In the country＇s regional economic layout, marine economy occupies an important position. Especially, against a general background of the development of the South China Sea, integrating the resources and environmental advantages of the Pan-Pearl River Delta regional coastal and inland provinces, the marine economy has become an important growth pole of in the economic development of the Pan-PRD regional cooperation, and an extremely significant problem that needs to be addressed in the economic development of the Pan-Pearl River delta. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the space layout, improve the marine industrial structure level of regional marine economy, establish a sound operating mechanism for marine economic cooperation, and reform and improve the marine environment management system and mode, with the national marine strategy for the South China Sea, as guidance, and the development and utilization of resources in the South China Sea, and the development of the economy geared to the needs of the Pan-South China Sea as content.
