摘 要: 本文将从龙头企业科技投入对生产流程绩效的贡献,及企业产品对客户关系绩效的影响两个方面来进行分析,并从企业运营的视角,分析两个过程具有前后衔接的链式关联关系。以吉林省47家农业产业化龙头企业的调研数据为实证,分别测算了龙头企业科技创新绩效与客户关系绩效的效率值,从而为农业龙头企业绩效提升提供了改进参考信息及策略。 In this paper, we took into account both the contribution of S&T inputs to production flow per-formance and the influence of products to customer relationship performance. In the view of enterprises' running, the two processes mentioned above are connected in chain structure in time series. Taking 47 agricultural enterprises in Jilin province as empirical case, the separated efficiencies and correlation between S&T innovation and customer relationship performance were calculated. Moreover, the corresponding improving information and strategy were proposed based on the calculation results.
