琵琶柴属植物黄酮类化合物的测定及分类学意义

摘  要: 采用聚酰胺薄膜层析和在紫外光下高效液相层析分析方法 ,对国产琵琶柴属( Reaumuria L .)植物茎、叶中所含的黄酮类化合物进行测定和比较 ,结果表明 :( 1 )黄酮类化合物在琵琶柴属植物各种间有明显的差异 ,又有相似的趋同性 ,反映出各类群的相对独立性 ,及其种间的相互联系及亲缘关系 ;( 2 )新分类群民丰琵琶柴 ( R.minfengensis)与琵琶柴 ( R.soongorica)在形态上很相近 ,但所含黄酮类化合物反映出两者间的差异 ,结合形态学上的区别 ,支持将前者作为种级单位的新分类群处理。 The flavonoid compounds of stems and foliages of 4 species of Reaumuria L. were extracted and determined,meanwhile their chromatography spectrums by the method of polyamide thin film and absorption spectrum by HPLC method using ultraviolet as medium were studied.The results showed:(1) the flavonoid compounds of different species in Reaumuria L.were existed obvious difference,but were also existed the common of similar characteristics,which they was reflected that those taxa (species) were independent each other,and among them was existed relationships.And (2) Based on analysis of two spectrums above,new species R.mingfengensis is different from the allied species R.soongorica ,the evidences indicated that the former was considered as a good species.
